Best meal of the day. BREAKFAST.

Chocolate Oatmeal

  • a) 1/2 cup uncooked oats with
  • b) 1 cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk.
  • Microwave, add c) 1/2 serving healthy accents whey chocolate protein and stir in and you’ve got the ultimate chocolate yummy mush.

With a Egg White Omelet side that consists of

  1. a) 3 tablespoons 100% liquid egg whites
  2. b) 3 tablespoons southwestern style egg beaters.
  3. Cook all omelet like and add a little c) homemade organic salsa

You’ve got the ultimate filling super healthy breakfast that doesn’t taste like crap with only 320 calories, 7 grams of fat, 3 grams of sugar, and 30 grams of protein. Never sacrifice breakfast folks.
