Protein Breakfast Chocolate Fudge Cookie Dough Desert Cupcakes

Yes I said it. All my favorite things – Its breakfast, its chocolate, its cookies (well sort of) and it partners perfect with a glass of iced coffee. Its nice to have a tiny bit of extra free time some mornings before work to try cooking something new, easy,  and quick – this time its worth sharing. Enjoy the title by the way I was sure to make it extra long and annoying.IMG_20150904_091007If happiness could be found in your mouth this is it. (May I suggest you use just a plain old cupcake baking sheet and lots of pam NO cupcake paper thingys)

20C || 10F || 41P & 6 Grams of Sugar for the entire batch

  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tbsp organic whole ground Flaxseed Meal
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 of a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Quest Bar
  • .5 TBSP Wax Orchards Fat Free Fudge

Mix up your egg, egg white, flaxseed meal, and protein powder in a bowl.

Fill each cupcake slot halfway with batter. Tear some of the pre warmed up quest bar and put in the middle of the batter of each cupcake slot. Distribute on top of that some fat free fudge. Finish topping off all the tins with the rest of the batter.
Heat in oven at 325 for about 10 minutes or until cupcakes look all puffy and happy. Top with fat free whipped cream if desired. VOILA!
